Live switching using the Switcher interface

The Epiphan Live Switcher view is a simple interface for live switching between custom layouts while streaming and/or recording. Performing live switching in one interface (e.g. Epiphan Live) does not dynamically update the visuals in the other interface (e.g. the Admin panel). The other interface must be manually refreshed to accurately reflect the current live switching layout information.
