We have 8 Pearl nanos in use at an event. Every day I get at least two of them becoming unresponsive and needing to be rebooted manually. We have them on PoE power, so I can cycle the port and it comes right back, but even using the Power supply we’re getting this issue. We have the latest firmware updated on these units, and had the same issue with the previous firmware; I was hoping the update would solve the issue. We’re running them on meraki switches and are doing an SRT stream to a local server for distribution. We’re pulling the RTSP feeds for monitoring, as well. the CPU heat and load are low, and I’m not able to pull the logs, but nothing obvious looks to be an issue.
We’re pushing a 1080p stream that comes in at 50fps, but is encoded to 25fps. Any insight would be helpful.
