I would recommend verifying your network to ensure it is not limiting access due to Network restrictions or firewall. No one else has reported this issue, which leads me to believe it could possibly be something on your network preventing the incorrect download/installation of the firmware
to date 08/09/18, I have a message “update available” again but impossible installation, exactly the same messages as the photos sent, my network works perfectly!

Can you elaborate what you mean by “impossible installation” and provide more information? Do you mean that you click on “Update Available” it downloads the firmware, you click on “restart and update” and nothing happens after the reboot?
if, the download works, it installs the update, and asks to restart the x2

Are you referring to the android recovery?
