Pearl Nano extremely slow network speeds

I have a 100Mb/s upload and download ethernet connection. But when I run a Bandwidth Test on the Nano 8Mb/s down and 2Mb/s up.

When I try and do a stream to Vimeo I get an error message saying “Insufficient bandwidth detected”

I have tried at home and office and I get the same error and slow network speeds.

Please see the screenshot attached for my settings.

Latest firmware installed.
