Nana not seeing Sata M.2 drive

My company bought several Nano’s and matching internal SSD for each encoder. Of the 8 , installed 7- no issue , but one is giving grief . Could it be a bad stick or is there anything we can check before going down that route. We do not have another unit near by to swap.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your Pearl Nano! What I would recommend is sending an email to support@epiphan.com about this issue. Please include the serial number of the Pearl and a brief description, much like you’ve done here. At the moment the only thing I can recommend would be confirming that the SSD is firmly inserted and hasn’t come loose during shipping. Looking forward to talking with you and hopefully resolving this issue soon!
