That would be entirely dependent on your network upload bandwidth, as well as the encoding settings used for the program channel, and whether or not you are using network-based video sources with Pearl. Pearl uses a gigabit connection over Ethernet.
As an example, if you have a 6Mbps encoded bitrate, no network video sources, no local unicast stream connections in use, and accounting for overhead/fluctuation (assuming you have a guaranteed 1Gbps upload speed for your internet) you could likely doing up to 6 simultaneous RTMPS streams (depending on the complexity of your Pearl configuration) - possibly 7, but that’s very dependent on the setup.
