We just installed a Western Digital WD Blue SN550 NVMe M.2 2280 500GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 3D NAND in to each of our Nanos and neither one recognizes it. Is this is a drive compatibility problem? Anyone else have this problem?

The Nano only supports SATA type M.2 drives, NVMe are not supported unfortunately.
