To provide better visibility of the health, usage, and security auditing of devices, it would be great to see either syslog or OpenTelemetry support. The former is likely supported already by the underlying OS.
Currently logs are scrape-able from the /admin/log.cgi endpoint however providing a push-based mechanism would be benificial. This is particularly relevant for environments where Pearl’s form part a wider set of equipment where log aggregation is used for observing general system health.
