Good morning, when I enter the streaming keys and click start, I get certificate error (Message in red). I remind you that Facebook requires the stream in RTMPS. I don’t know if someone has happened something like this

Pearl Nano can most definitely stream RTMPS to Facebook, likely there is a local/account issue occurring here. If you could send an email to info@epiphan.com with as many details as possible, including screenshots of the stream setup etc, then we can open a support ticket and assist you with this issue.
