Av_interleaved_write_frame(): Connection reset by peer

We switched to a new streaming provider, which states they are running the latest and greatest of everything, and initially had the following errors that resulted in constant disconnects.

The streaming provider recommended a firmware update. We updated from 4.17.3 to 4.18, and the disconnects stopped. However, once in production, we had a few more errors. It was not constant, but occured 4 times in approximately 2 hours. The streaming provider said they have hundreds of customers, and don’t have this issue. The recommended a different encoder, but we don’t want to move away from Epiphan, which we just purchased in September of last year.

Note, we had no issue streaming to the prior provider.

Hello - thank you for reaching out. I see that you had submitted a ticket as well and since this issue will likely involve some further investigation we will continue using that medium
