File management

File Management in Epiphan Edge is a free feature allowing up to 10GB of storage and 10GB of downloads. Storage exceeding 10GB will be charged at $0.10 USD per GB per month, and downloads exceeding 10 GB will be charged at $0.10 USD per GB downloaded.

To set up File Management in Epiphan Edge:

1. Navigate to the Billing and Usage page of an Epiphan Cloud team of which you are the owner

2. Click Subscribe in the File Management box and follow the prompts

3. You must add billing information to subscribe to File Management.

 

LiveScrypt

LiveScrypt transcription services is performed in the cloud. You can access the archive of transcription files at any time. To ensure you don't lose important content, we recommend regularly downloading your transcription files and renaming them for easier retrieval. For details on how to download .SRT and .TXT files, see Download and delete .SRT and .TXT files.

Cloud-generated content like transcription files are associated with a specific paired device. If a device goes offline, you can not access the transcription files until the device goes back online. However, if a device is unpaired or deleted, the associated transcription files are no longer available for download.

Transcription files remain a part of a team's assets until you decide to either delete the files, unpair or delete the associated LiveScrypt device, or delete the team. For details about using your LiveScrypt device and transcription services, see the LiveScrypt User Guide.
