Enable LiveScrypt transcription services

To use your LiveScrypt transcription solution, you need an Epiphan Cloud account, a LiveScrypt transcription service plan, and a valid credit card.

A transcription service plan can be added to individual teams by the owner identified for the team. Only the Epiphan Cloud account owner can add or modify billing information, plans, and change ownership of an Epiphan Cloud account.

After your transcription service plan is set up for a team, you can pair your LiveScrypt device to the team in Epiphan Cloud and start transcribing, see Get started using Epiphan Edge with LiveScrypt.

Enable LiveScrypt transcription services for a team

  1. With the team already selected, click Settings > Billing and Usage in the left navigation panel, then select Add billing information on the Billing and Usage page.
  2. TIP: You can also Add a payment method from the LiveScrypt Devices page. A banner displays if no transcription service plan is configured.

  3. Enter your billing and credit card information in the pop-up window. When you're done, select Confirm billing.
  4. TIP: The LiveScrypt transcription service plan is active as soon as you confirm billing; however, your credit card is charged only if transcription services are used during the monthly period.
