File Management with Automatic File Upload

Automatic File Upload for paired Pearl devices now integrates directly with Epiphan Edge allowing for the seamless upload of recorded files to the cloud ensuring files are backed up automatically, providing users with peace of mind.

Simply subscribe to File Management in your Epiphan Cloud team and configure a Pearl paired to Epiphan Edge to use Epiphan Edge as its AFU protocol transfer type using the Admin panel.

Once configured, your Pearl device will start uploading recordings automatically, either once completed or on a schedule depending on your defined settings on the AFU settings page of the Pearl device.

 

You can find your recordings under:

• The left sidebar, expanding “Epiphan Edge”

• The Recording tab on the Device Details and Settings page for any individual Pearl device

Managing you uploaded recordings is currently limited to a few functions; allowing for the follow actions:

• Filtering

• Downloading (1 recording at a time)

• Deleting (batch or 1 recording at a time)

You can disable AFU to Epiphan Edge from Epiphan Edge or the Admin panel of the Pearl device.
