Im using a 2019 mac pro with a usb c adapter and i cant get video. I get audio but not video. IS there a workaround to make it work?I had to rent an older mac book with usb and it worked perfect.
Hello, I may have spoken with you on live chat earlier? Just want to leave a note here for anyone else if so, that the capture was working in Quicktime and VLC properly, seemed to just be a certain software compatibility issue with Zoom. Hopefully you resolved this by using a different web browser!
