I noticed that if AFU (Automatic File Upload) is configured as “on file rotation”, the device will upload files even if he is streaming content.
My question is what happens if the upload bandwith is low. Is the streaming flow protected by some kind of priority rule on file upload ?

Unfortunately no there is no guarantee/protection for upload bandwidth. Both the recording file and the live stream will share whatever available bandwidth is present. You can always have the AFU feature set for “every 24h” and enable the AFU feature at the exact time you want uploads to commence so that they will continue to upload at that time (provided the unit stays powered on)
