When I do the Automatic File Upload to my flash drive, the time shown on the drive is 5 hours later than the actual time. Is there a fix? [I have checked my clock in the Mini and it is set…that was the first place I looked.
That’s certainly odd behavior. We’ll need to dig further into this issue, but we’ll need your help to try and diagnose and try to reproduce the issue.
Can you please send us an email to info@epiphan.com with the description of the issue, screenshots of your AFU settings, the channel’s recording page with recorded files, and corresponding files uploaded to USB?
As well, please download and provide your device permanent logs so that we can try to better understand the Pearl behavior.
