is it possible to send a multiaudiostream with the Pearl 2?
at the moment i can find the option to send the left and right audio from the A or B input.
But i want to send 4 audiochannels. Input A left, right and Input B left, right.

You can select multiple audio sources for a single layout/encoded channel however the output would be the sum of those audio sources in stereo L/R or mono - depending on you selected audio encoded settings.
If your goal is to send multiple stereo pairs of audio where a viewer can select a language or audio source of choice, unfortunately that is not something currently supported with the Pearl family
