SONY XD CAM problems

HELP
We have a Sony XD Cam and it does not how up on stream. Says no signal checked HDMI settings and seems ok? cord is working any other settings i need to look at? Thanks

Hello,

You have to make sure that the camera is outputting 720p (1280x720 progressive) or 1080p (1920x1080 progressive). The Webcaster X2 is not compatible with any other resolutions or interlaced signals. Many cameras require you to both set the HDMI output mode and the recording mode to this.

Thanks got it down now. But audio wont work, so frustrating
