SD definition with DVI2USB 3

Hi,
I have a Canon XF105 E connected to DVI2USB3 with HDMI cable and the original adaptor.
When I connect to the computer (Windows 10) the signal is SD 720x576 50.2
How can I output the HD signal?
Thanks

DVI2USB 3.0 is meant to capture the native signal source captured at the input. If DVI2USB 3.0 is seeing a different resolution it’s possible that is what the camera is sending. The connection type will also affect the video signal from the camera (analog vs digital as an example). I would recommend verifying your camera’s recording settings, output settings and codec to ensure they are matched to output at a Full HD resolution. If the issue persists it’s possible it could be directshow or settings related to the Epiphan Capture tool and I would recommend emailing info@epiphan.com for further troubleshooting
