I have a strange situation on windows 10 laptops using Chrome browser.
When we press the reset button during a recording, this creates multiple one second files and then continues with recording as normal. It’s almost like pressing the reset button 6 times in rapid succession.
I don’t get this on an Apple Mac running Safari.
Has anybody come across this before?
We have the latest firmware on Pearl devices. This is the same on all three of our Pearls.
That’s certainly odd behavior as I’m not able to reproduce it on Chrome, Edge or Firefox with a Pearl-2 or Pearl Mini. It’s possible it could be something to do with your browser or if you are using a touchpad it could accidentally doing multi-clicks?
Try clearing your browser cache (for all time) and try from a different computer and ensuring your browser(s) are up to date
