Registering Panopto Service

When entering the information to register our Pearl Nexus recorders to Panopto, we keep getting the following error.
"Error: Unsupported service: OpenId configuration is not found”

I am not sure what to do to correct this issue.

Hello! I believe typically this means some part of the registration isn’t correct or possibly a networking issue. Could you please confirm: Firmware version installed on the Pearl Nexus? If you see any networking issues when running a connectivity test from the Pearl WebUI, on the Networking page?
