Hi Guys, I have just purchased my first Epiphan Product (Pearl Mini) and I LOVE IT!!
I have run into one glitch which I cannot find support for - my HDMI output port is constantly disabled despite having plugged numerous monitors/LCD TVs in. I’ve checked cables etc. Nothing.
It is also interesting that the output menu option on the touch screen is also not there. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
If you don’t see the option on the touchscreen, then the unit is not yet running the latest firmware version. In this case to enable the HDMI output of the Pearl Mini you will need to change the option in the web user interface. This is described in the user guide here: https://www.epiphan.com/userguides/pearl-mini/Content/UserGuides/Streaming/setup/videoOutputsShowChannel.htm When you are in the web user interface you can also update the unit on the Firmware Upgrade page.
