Trying to setup a live feed to Wowza Cloud Services. Getting an input/output error when trying to start the RTMP push to the cloud.

Make sure you are running the latest firmware version which is 4.11. You can see the firmware version listed on the Info page of the web browser interface and if you are on an older version you can update over the internet via the Firmware Upgrade page. If you don’t have an internet connection you would need to email info@epiphan.com and let them know what firmware version you are updating from so that they can assist with an offline update.
