Dear All,
I got a new Pearl-2 (in fact we bought 18months ago) that I am trying to configure now. While trying to pair it I get the following error on Epiphan cloud. It doesnt work either if I an initialize the pairing from the Pearl-2 itself. I have also dont the registration but it doesnt look it’s acknowledge.

This could likely be a networking or firmware issue - can you please login to the Admin panel and run a connectivity status test from the bottom of the Networking page?
If there are no errors, then try installing the firmware link below and retry.
To upgrade your firmware:
-Log in to the Pearl Admin panel
-Navigate down the left side pane to “Firmware Upgrade”
-Click “Choose File”
-Choose the .bfrm firmware file just downloaded
-Click Apply
Do not turn off the Pearl while upgrading.
It was fixed after the registration succeeded. Firmware did upgrade properly and registration to cloud was working with the new pairing code.
