Sometimes a red bar shows up on the Pearl-2 display that says “File system Failure”. The box is locked up at that point and I can’t run diagnostics. If I reboot the Pearl-2 it comes up normally and when I run diagnostics is says everything is fine. Has anyone seen this before?

Navigate to the Maintenance page of the Pearl Admin page.
Click the “Download Permanent Logs” hyperlink.
If the link is not available, check “Permanent Logs” then apply.
