I got the update notification mail, but my system cannot detect the new vesion with “check for update”.
Can i download the file somewhere ?
The notification email should also provide a download link option for the firmware! If you are unable to access the firmware you can email info@epiphan.com with the serial number of your unit requesting the latest available firmware, and we will be happy to provide it to you!
