Need help with AV.io HD

Hi!

Can anyone provide any assistance with the following problem. We’ve bought Tobii Mobile Testing Accessory (which uses the AV.IO HD screen grabber) and couldn’t connect it to any smartphone (tried both iOS devices and Android ones) - the device wouldn’t work properly and didn’t mirror the screen in the Tobii software.

After unsuccessfull driver update the device went into soft repair mode and asks to contact the support. Please let us know if there’s a possible solution or workaround for the kinda pickle we put ourselves into.

PS: the device’s SN is 343982 (it is the only numeral I’ve found on the device below the barcode)
