NDI Source Limit when using NDI|HX

Hi - On Pearl2, is the NDI source limit still 3 when using NDI|HX vs full NDI - is this a hard limit, or a recommended limit. If 3 is a hard limit, how many RTSP inputs can I have in addition to 3 NDI|HX sources?
