Multiple video device appeared for single DVI2USB3.0

Hi,
Using DVI2USB3.0, multiple video capture device appeared on my PC when I plug off and on single device. Number of video device is the number of plug on/off. Video capture device names are as follows.
DVI2USB 3.0 D2S366749
DVI2USB 3.0 D2S366749#2
DVI2USB 3.0 D2S366749#3
::
I needed to reboot my PC to remove those zombie. Video device should be discarded when it is plugged off.
Any solution?
Platform Windows 10.
