Dear All,
We are running a number of Nano encoders with latest firmware: 4.23.0.
We have configured our Nano’s to either switch file (mp4) while reaching 8GB or 6 hours duration.
On 4 devices are observing that the truncated file either because of Size or duration cant be played. I get a 0xc00d36e5 using windows media player either on Windows 10 or 11, or an unknown error while using VLC player.
I can provide the files on request. But I find this strange. While using MediaInfo on two files that one is the follow-up of the other, I get for the first one:
General
Complete name : \cernmedia33.cern.ch\RECORDINGS\Epiphan\1342488\1342488_slides_Jul23_08-30-22.mp4
Format : MPEG-4
Format profile : Base Media
Codec ID : isom (isom/iso2/avc1/mp41)
File size : 5.88 GiB
IsTruncated : Yes
For the second one I can play it properly and metadata is ok too:
General
Complete name : \\RECORDINGS\Epiphan\1342488\1342488_slides_Jul23_08-30-22.mp4
Format : MPEG-4
Format profile : Base Media
Codec ID : isom (isom/iso2/avc1/mp41)
File size : 5.88 GiB
IsTruncated : Yes
…
Thank you for any hint on this!
Ruben
