What has happened to Livescrypt? It was just a year ago that I brought this to my elders and convinced them to purchase this for our church as we have a couple deaf people. A couple weeks ago it started to freeze up and has been running terribly. Today I began to look into the issue and contact support and to my surprise have found Livescrypt to be discontinued. So what do I do now? This thing wasn’t cheap and neither is the service. Help
I am sorry to hear you are seeing some performance issues when using LiveScrypt! The hardware itself has indeed been discontinued. The LiveScrypt transcription service continues to be supported however and you may still get support from us via chat, phone, email, or this forum.
When the LiveScrypt freezes up and runs unexpectedly, what does this look like on your end and how are the symptoms presented? Does the issue persist after ensuring a clean audio feed, checking the VU meters on the LiveScrypt to confirm audio level is not too low or too high?
