hey I attend a church that lives streams the services we are able to sing the copyright gospel music with our band but can’t play it off the radio how is that possible with counint id we have been able to live stream copyright music for a praise dance the whole song but I have to put up a disclaimer that says “We do not own the copyright to the music playing” but when its sung I don’t have to add the disclaimer and its fine our worship is live and we don’t get flagged or shutdown when we sing the music
Unfortunately we do not control copyright policies, but I believe you have to apply for specific licenses which allow or exempt you from being banned or legally penalized when streaming to platforms. I would recommend contacting Facebook regarding copyright policies and application licenses for copyrighted music
