KVM2USB3.0 problem, need assistance

We just bought an Epiphan KVM2USB3.0.

However we can’t get the KVMApp to work properly.

The KVMApp is stuck in full screen, and pressing the host key (right Ctrl) + F does not untoggle the Full Screen mode.

The other problem we have, is that the KVMApp does not detect the KVM2USB3.0 has being connected. It is in fact connected, and the EpiphanCaptureConfig.exe program does detects the input signal.

The KVM in pluged into a Windows 10 Pro x64 build 1803 computer, and the KVM2USB3.0 is running the firmware version 4.0.0.39.896.

The KVMApp x64 version is 0.99.27-20171125.

Had same issue - Check your antivirus and make sure is not extracted on a folder protected by your antivirus.
