Issues getting to use mouse and keyboard to work with HP PAV Gaming Desktop - 690-0067c. Causing issues not to show on software when usb cable was plug in; however, when running without the integrated usb cable it works. I was able to used it with external keyboard and mouse.
Any solutions for the pc to recognize this has a regular keyboard or mouse.

If so I would recommend looking for any Windows updates, Bios update, or driver updates on the system as a first step. These can have significant improvements for support of USB devices in general.
