I need to enlarge scan area. Words are cut off. If I move the image and I can’t figure out how to do this, menu on the right will be cut off. Please advise.
Hello there! It does look like you’re running into some capture issues with this device. Do you know the make and model of the device you’re trying to capture? In some cases this can be useful to check the manual and make sure of certain features.
As another question, are you using our Epiphan Capture Tool to capture the device? If this is an analog signal you might be able to make adjustments within the Capture Tool to help capture the signal.
