I cannot download the linux driver. The link goes to "Not found" page

Hi. I am an user of DVI2USB 3.0 in Japan. Today, I tried to download the diver software of Linux
from the link
http://updates.epiphan.com/downloads/Drivers/Ubuntu/1804_usb/vga2usb-3.31.3.3-ubuntu-5.0.0-31-generic-x86_64-46982-1816.deb

Unfortunately, I just go to “404 Not found” page. Is there any regional restriction?

Thank you. Actually, the os of ours was Ubuntu 16.04. I have downloaded the 16.04 driver from the renewed web page and installed it.
