How do I get the Mini Pearl to accept the RCA signal from my sound mixer? What does “input not used in channels” mean after I hit apply? This should be simple. What am I missing?

“input not used in channels” means that the analog audio source (in your case RCA) needs to be added to at least one layout in any channel in order to become “active”.
Simply click on any channel, click on Layouts, then scroll down to the bottom of any layout and you should see a list of audio sources that you can add. Add your analog audio source and then press save and it should work!
