I keep getting this error when I try to activate the Panopto service.
"Error: Unsupported service: OpenId configuration is not found”
I have created new registration keys, and still get this error.

I believe typically this means some part of the registration isn’t correct or possibly a networking issue.
Could you please confirm:
Firmware version installed on the Pearl Nexus?
If you see any networking issues when running a connectivity test from the Pearl WebUI, on the Networking page?
