Hi, when I open software like Zoom/Webex and start a meeting there is a lowering of fps (from 30 to 6).
The only way that seems mantain 30 fps is to share epiphan client inside the meeting instead to use as a camera.
I have this problem only on 1 PC (Windows 7, latest epiphan client firmware installed).

Are you running the Capture Tool and Zoom/Webex at the same time with both accessing the device simultaneously?
If so, that is why, only one application can access the capture at a time for full frame rates, other wise it splits the data flow between the 2 applications, resulting in reduced FPS.
