This morning I received an error message when starting my FB stream. The error message was “Can’t resolve hostname.” Rebooted the mini and verified stream key. Logged into the Epiphan cloud but it shows the Mini to be offline.

This sounds like local network setup most likely, “can’t resolve hostname” is usually due to misconfigured DNS or no DNS defined when using a static IP configuration, it could also be Gateway settings which might also explain the Mini appearing offline in Epiphan Cloud.
Recommend running a network connectivity status on the Mini, generally we want to see each category with a green checkmark except for 802.1x which is disabled by default.
