Facebook Live - says I don't currently have paired encoders -- but I do!

I’ve paired my Webmaster X2 to my Facebook account – quite simple I might add! Works great if I start the stream, the live broadcast starts right on my Facebook page moments later…Awesome!

The trouble I am having is when I try to Schedule a live stream (partially to announce it ahead of time and the other reason to obtain an embed link ahead of time to include on my website) – However, when I select “Paired Encoder” – Facebook says that I have no paired encoders???

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Unfortunately the Webcaster X2 doesn’t work as a paired encoder here. Sorry to say, but there isn’t any way to have the Webcaster work with a scheduled stream. Every time you start a new stream on the Webcaster it will make a new Facebook post for this stream.
