Since last month after loading video to Facebook live I am getting a message “error loading”, and can’t access video!
Are you referring to a video conversion after a live stream, or physically uploading a video to your page/time line?
If you are referring to VOD after a stream, please ensure continuous streaming is disabled.

also will the device allow to save recording and upload to YouTube at a later time!

Webcaster X2 does not have any recording features of any kind unfortunately. Manually uploading recorded content to a platform unfortunately does not have anything to do with our devices and I would recommend reaching out to Facebook support for further assistance in your loading error
