DVI2USB3 not working with Debian 9

DVI2USB 3.0, SDI2USB 3.0 Setup, Kit, & Gear

Im using this driver:
vga2usb-3.33.0.15-debian-4.9.0-14-amd64-x86_64-52005-1829.deb

And im trying to install it on my Raspberry PI running Raspbian Stretch (Debian 9) found here

But im getting a kernel error which im unsure why becuase i’m pretty sure im running the right kernel version?

If anyone could help that would be great. Thank You

Hi Richard,

Sorry to hear about this. While I’m not an expert on Linux I did a little digging around and from what I can tell it seems that the Raspbian version you’re running is on the 4.14.98 kernel which could explain that error.

Are you able to try the “uname -r” command to see which kernel version your system is running?
