DVI2USB 3.0 drivers for real time kernel in Ubuntu 16.04

Hi guys, it seems that the official drivers provided by epiphan are not compatible with real time kernel configutation in Ubuntu 16.04. I am using the kernel, 4.14.12-rt10, and the device could not work properly. In the generic kernel environment, it can work well.

Does anyone have similar experiences/possible solutions?
