We have 3 Dell Inspiron 15 5000 laptops I use for AV setups at our school. They are all 2019 models with 8 gigs of RAM, 256 gig SSDs and AMD Raedon Vega 10 GPUs. Whenever I connect one of these units to my Pearl 2 via HDMI the Pearl HDMI input only gets VGA resolution. I repeatedly disconnect and reconnect the laptops and get the same result. The same laptop connected to any other device (projector, monitor, etc) works fine at 1920x1080. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks.

For troubleshooting of a specific setup it would be best to send in an email to info@epiphan.com and we can open a support ticket and conduct some troubleshooting steps.
If the troubleshooting doesn’t work, you may consider buy a switcher to get an expected resolution.
