Captive portal - browser or connection to pearl2 via ssh

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible connect open a captive portal in pearl2.
Our problem is that
the network we connect the pearl2 is protected by a captive portal,
we can connect to the pearl locally but
the pearl2 has not internet access until is performed a web authentication.

I see two ways, a pearl2 browser
or using the socks4 feature of ssh.

Is it possible connect to pearl2 using e.g. putty?

Unfortunately There is no captive portal available and will require getting in touch with the network admins to assist you in attaining a network connection. The development team has been made aware of the desired functionality

Thank you! I solved using a router between pearl/pc and ethernet.
