So this person has been out of video for a long time. I have a BMD 4K studio that I want to connect to a Pearl2 base unit. What would be the best cable… Thanks for any help
Without the 4K license, Pearl-2 could capture the SDI output from the camera up to a resolution of 1920 X 1200 with 3G SDI. If you would like to capture 4K content from the camera or other video sources you would also need to purchase the 4K add-on in order for the source to be recognized.
