I’m owner of two pearl-mini and prepare some preset file for an upcoming event.
I downloaded preset files from the first device and tried to load it to a second one. The import seams ok and I didn’t get any error messages. But if media like images are correctly imported, some other configuration like channels aren’t.
I tried to upgrade the firmware on the two devices but import is still not working correctly.
Is there any kind of limitation to export/import preset over multiple pearl-mini devices ?
When using a configuration preset, ensure that both units have the same firmware version. If you are trying to load a newer or older firmware preset that has different features than the other Pearl Mini, there will be an error as it searches for compatibility.
I would recommend factory resetting the problem recipient Pearl Mini, ensuring both units have identical firmware versions, saving a new configuration preset and trying again. This should hopefully resolve the issue.
