Hello, I purchased an Avio 4k capture card to use with my Canon M50 camera to livestream using OBS to YouTube.
When I try to add a new video capture device to my scene in OBS, it does not show my Avio as an option.
It could be a number of different possibilities such as:
Operating system,
Firmware for the unit itself,
Connection over USB 2 rather than the intended USB 3.0,
USB bandwidth,
USB Power,
Something to do with the host system such as power settings and USB suspend settings,
USB chipset drivers or BIOS updates, and more.
