AV Studio Not Connecting with Pearl Mini

I am trying to remote into my Pearl mini units this morning from my AV Studio account but I am recieving an error when trying to connect to any of them. The error is: Cannot find the device on the support server. Has anyone else had issues with AV Studio today? I have tried re-pairing the pearl with the account already but it did not fix anything.

Is your Pearl Mini listed as “Online” or “Offline” within the AV Studio device list? If the unit is listed as “Offline” then that would imply that the unit may not possibly be powered on or being blocked by a network related issue such as a Firewall perhaps

For anyone else that experiences this issue, they reached out directly through our support system and it was resolved when browser cache was cleared
